The medical office specialist must have a good working knowledge of basic office equipment and good phone and computer skills. They are expected to multitask and adequately solve patient problems while providing quality service and maintaining a positive relationship with patients. It is also important that Front Desk team members follow all rules related to patient confidentiality.
Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience.
